The controller is designed for harsh environmental applications that require real-time control coupled with high level activities. It transcends many boundaries to bring the best of all worlds together in a highly rugged platform.

The ability to run real-time process control alongside high end IT applications in a rugged environment makes this product very unique. The prioritised multithreading engine ensures that real-time activities are serviced deterministically while IT based activities are run asynchronously.

Firmware and software can be remotely upgradable over a mobile network connected to the Ethernet port so every aspect of the system can be maintained as and when required.

A wealth of I/O modules exist designed to MIL STD 810G and be EMC compliant but speciality modules can also be added to the unit as required (Digital optically isolated I/O, serial (RS-485, RS-232), Lynch Valve, Analogue I/O, mV Input, NTC, etc). Modules can be chassis of remotely mounted.
