03 - LED Message Displays [INFO]

Item #99

TCS' modular message display system provides an endless configuration of large and extra large alpha-numeric LED character displays for indoor and outdoor applications.

Communication options allow connectivity to both industrial PLC hardware and PC networks.

To increase information flow and efficencies displays such as this are installed in the boning rooms and slaughter floors.

The displays are integrated directly into the plant floor automation via industrial communications protocols and real time data is transmitted automatically as the production occurs.

The harsh chemical, high water pressure and extreme variable temperature meant that specially design stainless steel enclosures are required to ensure that the electronics is able to survive.
