Solutions
TCS develops a range electronic solutions for Outside engineering
manufacturer (OEM). This products are custom designed to meet the
individual needs and brand labeled to the OEM's specifications.
RF Forage Wagon Controller
Designed
and manufactured for Giltrap Engineering Ltd an operator terminal in
the cab of tractor allows the operator to control the feed out rate on
a paddock or feed lot. The system connects load cells to weigh the
amount of product in the wagon and provide continual adaptive control
based on distance traveled, speed and weight remaining.
Designed and manufactured for Instrument Supplies Ltd. A range of electronic animal drench guns (optishot) for accurate delivery of animal drench products. The drench guns can be used as a back pack for highly mobile application and on a conveyor drenching application. different configurations allow the gun to drench small volumes (5 to 100mls) to within +/- 0.2ml and high vloumes (2000ml) to within +/- 5ml.
The
drench guns can be attached to a weigh indicator / RFID reader station
to allow automatic setting of drench requirements based on weight and
animal individual requirements, providing a time stamped record of what
dosed and when.
Chlorine Dioxide Generators
Designed and manufactured for Drew New Zealand Ltd. The chlorine dixode generator controller monitors the flow of water into a system and measures the amount of chlorine dioxide through both OCR and chlorine dioxde probes. A PID loop control algorithm automatically controls the chemical dosing rate to maintain the water to within +/- 0.1ppm of the setpoint.
The data logger maintains a continous record of the
dosing performance and can be either integrated with the plant
automation or downloaded to a CSV file via a GSM modem.
Glue Applicator Controller
Designed
and manufactured for W A Strouds Ltd. The glue applicator controller
simple controls the rate and quantity the is required to be dispensed
on automated boxing lines. A simple operator interface allows the
operator to easily adjust the speed and volume dispensed to give an
accurate volume at each dispense.
Container Refrigeration Controller
Designed and manufactured for Noske-Kaeser Ltd. The controller provides both humidity and temperature control for refrigerated shipping containers. An onboard data logger records all the data pertaining to the container and allows GSM downloading. The system is desined to link with the ships monitoing system to allow continual monitoring to take place.
Distribution Board Current Monitoring
Designed
and manufactured for telecommunications systems to allow continual
monitoring of loads from either AC or DC distribution supplies. This
module can connect to 8 standard circuit breakers and communicate
current information to a building management system via RS-485/422
using Modbus RTU protocol.
Asset management RFID tracking
Designed
and manufactured for plant asset management the system provides on
metal tags that can be encrpyted with plant equipment information as
well as maintenance data. Handheld 13.56mhz RFID readers integrate
with PDA's to gather data throughout the plant. Information gathered is
then synchronised with a central data base for distribution to
enterprise applications such as accounting, maintenance and plant
upgrade programs.
Heat exchange testing controller
Designed
and manufactured for APV Invensys. The TesteX data logger provides
complete heat exchange leak testing application. The unit connects to
sensors to measure temperature, pressure and pH levels between the high
pressure and low pressure chambers. THe data logger records the test
and provides a CSV export function for customer report printing.
Motor home leveling controller
Designed and manufactured for Andrew Fink Marine Ltd. The motor home leveling controller provides automatic. The system is designed to integrate with vehicle braking system as well as control the hydraulic rams that control the level at each corner of the motor home.
In addition
the system provides detection of doors have not been properly secured
prior to driving and will warn the occupants via a LCD display and
audible alarm. Simple keypad commands allow the occupants to set the
desired functions and monitor the leveling efficiencies.
